February 6, 2010

Pay attention to “Our Learning English Links” I have added some interesting websites for you to continue practising with more theory and exercises. Just click on the label “linking_words”. I would really appreciate it if you added more useful pages related to this topic we have recently been studying.

To practise a bit. How about adding linking words to this sentence so as to make it as long as we can? Visitors to the blog are welcome to participate too.

They went on a bike ride.
Next person writes:
Although it was freezing, they went on a bike ride.
Next person writes:

Ok? So here goes the sentence for you to expand:

Tom had a great time.
