Communication is central to everything we do. Every day we speak to people everywhere, at home, at work. Every time we have conversations, send emails and hold meetings. Therefore, learning is essential to communicate effectively.

Firstly, choose the right time and the right place. So if you need to discuss something sensitive, stay in somewhere you can´t be overhead. Alternatively, speaking to a large group of people should be done somewhere large so everyone can hear.

Organize your ideas and prepare yourself. Choose de main ideas and focus on it. Although you have prepared this, if it is an important speech, practice it. What’s more, try to get ready for different opinions and questions.

Good manners are necessary in order to keep an effective communication. You should listen carefully to other people and wait for your turn in silent. Then, speak fluently with non-aggressive voice. Even if you don´t agree with other’s opinion, keep yourself in calm.
