Lottery Winner

February 20, 2009

Last Tuesday we were talking about whether we would buy a house , a car, or travel round the world if we suddenly became rich. Well, Toronto butcher Jose Lima, who won $14.6 million in the 6/49 lottery, made good on his promise to give away free chicken to hundreds. He did this to celebrate the memory of his father, who passed away five years ago to the day. (April 3)

What do you think? Would you do something similar if you hit the jackpot?

I have found this post quite difficult. If the people in it would have talked a little bit slowier it would have been just fine. I think this is quite an emotional story, mainly because of the sort of testimonies they were giving. What would i do if i won the lottery? I am not sure, but i think my life wouldn’t change very much. Maybe i would travel more often, maybe i would buy a nice house at the outskirts,… or maybe not. What would i do if it happen that i win the lottery? I dont know, so i better wait until this situation become true. ;-p
