ABOUT US
BLOG DE AVANZADO 2 DE LA EOI VALENCIA
Hiya!
My name is Marisa de Dios. I’m a teacher at Escuela de Idiomas in Valencia, Spain. At the moment I’m teaching Advanced level and Business English. If you’d like to contact me, send an email to marisadedios@gmail.com
My intention is that this is not a teacher’s blog, but a class blog, so I hope that you, my students, get involved and publish lots of posts. Thank you for your help. Without you this blog won’t be successful.
We also welcome comments and active participation from all those who want to learn or teach English.
Cheers
Marisa

Marisa, I spent yesterday afternoon watching your last year blog , and I was really amazed, it seemed to me brilliant!
It´s so useful, full of new ideas, interactive, and enjoyable…congratulations for your effort and interest in trying another way of teaching.
Also BBC programs for learners are great!
These days I am reading (better trying to read)a Marian Keyes´ book but I am finding it quite dificult since it´s full of slang and colloquial expressions so I have to use the on line dictionary frequently… Thank you for your welcome and see you in class!
Thank you Nadia, it is so rewarding to read your compliments!
Remember that the idea this year is that the blog is not only mine, but yours, so I hope that students post entries. For this I need you to send me an email with your FULL NAME,and group in which you’re registered.
Once you do this, you should receive an email inviting you to become an author.
So REMEMBER TO SEND ME AN EMAIL.
Thanks
Hi Nadia,I would like to confirm you that I completely agree with you. I’m telling you this by my own experience (as a pupil who last year was taking advantage of Marisa’s blog). We can’t imagine how much effort she put on it.Thanks again Marisa.
Hello to everybody,
Finally, I`m registed in this blog.
This is my first time to write in a blog.
I have to learn how to use it, so I’ll start to work in its assap.
Best regards.

Hello to everybody,
Marisa ,I have just visited your blog and I enjoy it a lot.
I agree with the idea of sharing it with all of us ,unfortunately I am very bussy with my family ,my job , and I spend the rest of the time on musical activities, I am not sure if I’ll be able to post many entries. But I’ll try it .
Conratulations then , and also on the new distribution of the chairs in the class.
Thanks
Paco Morell
Dear Marisa,

Anyway, thanks a lot for the blog
Ángela.
Thank you Angela.
It’s a pity that you cannot attend the lessons. Through our blog you can keep more or less up to date with what we do in class, so I hope it helps you to study for the exam.

Nice blog. Can’t wait to start my own blog.
María, gracias por avisarnos. Ya he modificado el link.
Hello,
I´m a teacher of Geography and History in Campo de Criptana (Ciudad Real). I work in the bilingual section of my high school. I studied English in the Escuela Oficial de Idiomas of Valencia with Barry Pennock. I learned a lot with him and I´m happy to see that there are still good teachers in the school.
Your blog is very interesting. I´ve arrived here through the tutorial about Glogster on Youtube. I would like to congratulate you for this blog and thank you for all the resources you have included as well.
I also have started a blog project with my students of 3º ESO this year. This is the link:
http://todayinsocialsciences.blogspot.com/
The students write in black colour and teachers (the language assistant and I) in brown colour. The purpose is that they improve their writing skills and they have access to different links where they can learn more about the contents we study in the classroom.
Congratulations again. I´ll come back. Bye,
Paqui Pérez Fons
I am a Chinese and try to learn English by writing a English blog, I think it is useful to practice.
